    Breakfast was good.

Rate as per location & facilities. Also we booked a quad-room but we found that extra bed was added in triple room to make it quad. The rooms are not at all spacious.

Convenient for my meeting - would stay again on own. Beds and pillows need to be brought up to a better standard, but room was clean and a good size, heating/cooling worked, tv worked and decent internet so all round not a bad place for the price.

"Superior" was only a definition for a larger than usual room - not sure I would describe as "superior" in any other way - but not having seen the other rooms - perhaps this was better than those!

It's great place to stay. The location is excellent with great shopping, and places to eat. The hotel is in proximity to many of the Paris landmarks. The staff is consistently helpful , the rooms clean. There Is a nice hairdryer, good radiators, and a clean mini-fridge stocked with Evian and soft drinks. Rue Chomel is safe and quiet, the local greengrocer is open until midnight. If you are looking for glitz, it's not for you. Hotel Chomel is cozy and clean and I will stay there again.

There was no electrical outlet by the bed where I like to keep my phone, asit serves as my alarm.

Friendly Staff, great location. Economical for families that want to see Paris and not break the bank on the Hotel!

Very helpful staff, bringing us and setting up a portable babycot, even though we forgot to announce we were bringing a baby. Provided great advice for a nearby restaurant (La Petite Chaise) that was open on the Sunday evening. Also helped us locate several places on the map and spoke fluent English. Great value at a last-minute booking for 80 euros, a Superior Double Room.

The location was great, the staff were very helpful and lovely and we really enjoyed our stay in this very sweet little hotel. We will stay there again! Perfect!

We were 3 travelling for a conference, we booked a triple room, and it was last floor, the sixth, no lift from the 5th to the 6th, very small room, bed was under a stair, very clostrophobic, really unhuman room and on top ot was very expensive, 280 euros for one night, it was a mouse trap......not recommended at all. Be carefull pictures at the net is decieving.

The surrounding is quiet and easy access to metro station. Safe to walk at nite.

No obvious directional signage from main street.

Location was perfect, especially for a visit to Sciences Po.

It is a bit pokey. Elevator is very Parisian, corridores are narrow and gloomy. My room, which I booked as a single, had a double and two single beds - one of which was a folding bed that could easily have been romoved, leaving more space. It is a strike against the hotel staff that this was not done, since the room really did not have space for it. The en suite bathroom was first class, however.

good location , 50% of staff ok, clean room

tv was very small and hard to see any writing on screen you had to get out of bed to read it!

Clean room, good staff, quiet, good location, near metro

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Chomel. The hotel was in a little street and very welcoming. We had booked a triple room and were expecting a tiny room. This was not the case - the room was lovely. The location was great, a small walk and we were at the station. Breakfast was also provided which was a great start to our day. I would definately recommend this hotel.

    The location.

Lawrence, at the front desk, was very nice and helpful. Shabby room. Horrible lighting in the bathroom. Needed the A/C one afternoon and did not function efficiently. The toilet seat was loose.

I liked the people, the free internet and the fact that everything was on the right place. Nothing outstanding, just all I needed for a brief staying on a business trip.

Only thing I would change is the breakfast. As a traveller and in Paris of all cities I would have liked more diversity rather than a croissant and a piece of bread. Know more options like scramble eggs, ham and cereals are not that french for breakfast, but not everyone visiting is french and breakfast is very important, whatever you plan to do during the day.

Chomel is a very good hotel! The staff were excellent and very helpful (the receptionist informed us for everything in the city and we had our breakfast every morning in our room for free!). The room is cleaned daily and the location is perfect (metro is just a minute from the hotel and the area is very safe!). There is a mini bar in which you can store your own things! In general, our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely go there again!

maybe a change in the walls (they are covert from a fabric which is maybe a bad thing for those who have allergies) and the carpet, but that was not really a problem for us!
